If You Need Help...

TeeBeeDee has added a customer Help tool -- Get Satisfaction -- which is available from every page on the site through the Help link at the bottom of the page.

Get Satisfaction provides answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) and is an open forum for you to connect with other members about TeeBeeDee -- what it is, how it works, and how to make it work for you!

When those "how do I?" or "where can I?" or "where is the?" questions come up, click on Help at the bottom of the page. You'll see a list of the most common questions from other TeeBeeDee members. Click on any of these and you'll go directly to Get Satisfaction for answers. If you don't see your question just type it in and submit.
